Rosemary
Some may think that Rosemary is simply just for cooking. What would you think if I told you that Rosemary is not just a spice in your cabinet that you never use because it came in a set with other spices. This is typically true in most cases. Rosemary is a powerful, versatile herb with benefits that span beauty, health, wellness, and everyday use.
Brain and memory: I use it in the morning in a nasal inhaler to boost my memory. I also custom make these on my website.
Digestion: helps with discomfort and bloating issues. You can use a roller ball across abdomen.
Anti-Inflammatory: Apply topically by using a roller ball or infused cream or spray, also helps with pain and blood flow.
Immunity: Rosemary is rich in antioxidants and is antibacterial and antimicrobial.
Beauty: helps with hair growth, fights the flakes and boosts shine. You can add Rosemary (pure essential oil) into your shampoo and conditioning routine. It also deters those pesky school bugs. Rosmary can also be used in your skincare by helping to reduce puffy and red skin, fighting the bacteria that can attribute to breakouts, and help oily skin. You can add it to your toner such as a basic witch hazel or just purified water and a few drops of rosemary into a glass spray bottle. (4 -6 ounces)
Linen and Room Sprays: My new product this month is a linen room spray with fresh Rosemary. It will help eliminate the bacteria in bedding, pillows, couches and stuffed animals and lastly a more natural approach to room disinfectant spray. Spray at a distance of 4-6 inches. It will be on the website in the next few days as well as on shelves now at Mandala Elemental Wonders @ 133 W Main Street in Azle. This Linen spray is versatile because you can use it as a face toner, linen spray, disinfectant, hair additive, and even as an insect deterrent.
