I didn’t grow up “clean and natural.” In fact, I used to roll my eyes at anything that sounded even a little holistic. But life has a way of nudging you toward what you need.

Years ago, I developed severe vertigo that turned everyday life into a spinning blur. After endless appointments, scans, and medications, no one could explain it and nothing relieved it. Out of pure frustration, I tried essential oils one evening… and woke up the next morning feeling steady for the first time in years. Not perfect, not magically healed, just steady. And that small shift changed everything.

That moment opened the door to a new chapter for me: one where wellness felt simple, honest, and full of hope instead of overwhelm.

Since then, I’ve been slowly rebuilding my life with gentler choices. Essential oils led to handmade soaps, natural candles, and low-tox home swaps. As a mom, a Gigi to six little ones, and a caregiver in a multigenerational home, I’ve seen firsthand how even the smallest choices, the soap we use, the clothes we wear, the products we bring into our routines make a real difference.
